Discover Lyngvig Lighthouse
One of the area’s main attractions is the iconic Lyngvig Lighthouse – the last lighthouse built along the Danish West Coast. It was constructed in 1906 following a tragic shipwreck and today stands 38 metres above sea level on a dune ridge. From the top, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the sea, fjord, and the narrow strip of land that forms Holmsland Klit. By the lighthouse, you’ll also find a cosy café, a small shop, and opportunities for scenic walks in the beautiful coastal landscape.
A visit to Lyngvig Lighthouse is a memorable experience for the whole family – whether you climb to the top, admire the view, or explore the beach and nearby trails.
